THE WORKSHOP
For over 30 years, The Factory Theater has produced over 100 world premiere productions by Chicago Playwrights. The Workshop is an opportunity to expand that effort outside of our ensemble and uplift the many talented voices in the Chicago scene. Over the course of eight Saturday sessions, accepted playwrights will have their full length script workshopped by a cohort of fellow artists, build community by supporting the development of Chicago Playwrights, and learn about The Factory’s process of taking new work from the page to the stage.
Cost: $250
